Equipment: a set of light hand weights (2lbs or less, cans of soup or water bottles work too!) and a theraband or long scarf.
After working on the "Finding Your Core" video, you may be ready to progress to this slightly more challenging inner core workout. Remember to check out the tutorials on breathing and pelvic floor imagery so that you do these exercises with integrity and get stronger without creating tension or pain.
