This standing workout will get your heart pumping while keeping movement appropriate for pregnancy and after your feeling stronger in the postpartum time.
Level up the workout with a Stretchy Band and a set of 2lbs hand weights or keep it light and use no props at all.
Always listen to your body and make sure that you are able to speak throughout the workout.
Hydrate well and don't push through pain.
