Double Hip Squeeze & Counter Pressure on Sacrum & SI Joints
Using just your hands, Tune-Up/ Tennis Balls or a Rebozo & Wooden Spoon
These comfort measures can be done on hands and knees, kneeling while leaning on a birth ball or piece of furniture. They can also be done standing and leaning on a countertop or other sturdy surfaces.
Always make sure the person receiving is fully supported on their arms before beginning, so that they are not pushed over.
