This simple movement sequence can be done in the weeks leading up to birth and throughout birth.
Take your time going through the whole sequence (only a few seconds of each movement are shown in this video)
Know that not every move feels good to everybody- don't push through painful movements- stop or modify.
Whenever you need it, take time to rest.
These movements are meant to help encourage opening and balancing of the pelvic muscles and uterine ligaments, which may help baby position well for birth.
