Finding your Core (Postpartum)
• Postpartum Recovery • Baby & Me
Equipment: A pillow or folded towel for comfort
This video is all about slowing down to practise good technique and deep connection to the pelvic stabilizers.
Breathing is the foundation of support for movement and can help you find your core again after having your baby.
These exercises are the building blocks for strength and function and can be practiced often!
You shouldn't feel strain while doing these exercises - work for a sense of ease.
These exercises are also great for healing Diastasis Recti (the separation of the abdominals).
