This video is excellent for relieving swelling in the wrists and ankles from swelling (Edema) or Carpal Tunnel Syndrome from overused wrists and arms. Poor circulation and overuse both contribute to discomfort, and you may find these movements help!
This video is also great for tight calves and getting better ankle mobility, making it easier to use your core muscles rather than your feet, shins and calves to hold you upright!
Enjoy this gentle series of movements and stretches.
