Equipment needed: pillows for comfort, small stability ball or small pillow or towel to squeeze between your knees.
These exercises can be modified for less intensity, or you can really go for it! We never want you to feel pain in your low back, hips or at your pubic bone area - if you feel pain, lower your intensity and the range of motion or stop.
